General Business Owner Action Plan Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children
Greenport Agency Co., Ltd. will draft the following action plan to engender a conducive working environment and enable its employees to maintain a healthy balance between work and home life.

- Goal 1: Create mechanisms to enable support for both work and home life.

- Interview users of childcare leave about their experiences in balancing work and childcare in order to identify needs and points for improvement and create a framework to enable the company to provide support for a work life balanced with childcare needs.
- Work towards making childcare leave available for husbands of new mothers by highlighting the importance of childcare by fathers.
- Goal 2: Encourage employees to take annual paid leave and reduce overtime.

- Create annual paid leave planning tables and encourage planned leave in the workplace.
- Designate Wednesdays as the no overtime day and continue to circulate email to promote no overtime day.
- Establish goals in each division and undertake other activities for the annual reduction of overtime hours.
